Meet the Team

Jonathan is the CEO of Eklipse Solutions, Inc. and military veteran who spent 27 years in the United States Navy, 23 within Naval Special Warfare. Jon began working for Phokus Research Group, Inc. in 2019 and has been in both operational and sales executive roles responsible for originating and growing commercial partnerships across the US DoD, allied forces, federal agencies, domestic first responders, and our citizen heroes.

Rob Hanna is the Founder and Chairman of Eklipse Solutions, Inc. Rob spent 24 years in the United States Navy, 21 within Naval Special Warfare. Rob is the Founder and CEO of Phokus Research Group, Inc. Since 2008, Phokus has been serving America and its allies with innovative, high-quality solutions. Phokus specializes in three core segments: Products, Logistics, and Integrations.

Chris is a retired Army Special Operations Combat Medic who joined Phokus Research Group, Inc. in 2018. Chris is a recognized expert in tactical and emergency medicine and is currently Phokus’ Chief Revenue Officer.

Danny Stein is a seasoned, growth-oriented media and technology executive with 30 years of operating and investment experience across media, technology, and consumer businesses. Stein is a founding partner of Phokus Research Group, Inc. and has managed across the full life-cycle of deal origination, deal execution, business building and exit for small and mid-cap public, private and distressed companies. He is a digital media innovator having built a portfolio of businesses as CEO and serves on the boards of MikMak, MetaMedia, and Volery Capital Partners.

OJ is the Owner and CEO of Tactical Global Solutions Corp (TGS)a Service-Disabled Veteran/Minority Owned small business specializing in logistical solutions, supply chain management, and custom kitting in support of the United States’ armed forces, federal agencies, and domestic first responders. He is a retired Master Sergeant and combat veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps for 23 years.
